Sr. Talent Acquisition Lead

Position Description 

Electrosoft is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead for our corporate office in Reston, VA. This individual will work closely with Hiring Managers and Proposal/Capture Managers Leaders to identify, attract and hire both technical and non-technical talent.   This person will report to the VP of Human Resources and be responsible for all recruitment activities for our growing organization.

Responsibilities 

  • Perform all recruitment efforts and tasks (full-life cycle recruitment) including prescreening background checks, e-verify, etc.
  • Develop recruiting specifications with the hiring manager and team to develop the job description.
  • Pursue other media channels (Internet, networking, print media, etc.) to source and develop candidate pipelines.
  • Develop and manage a network of recruitment and referral sources including, professional associations, vendors /agencies and other resources to identify candidates.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring timely and accurate input and updates within database.
  • Produce and dispense the candidate offer packages and prepare for onboarding.
  • Facilitate the onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Team with key leaders on matters related to talent acquisition, competency requirements and workforce planning.
  • Support compliance programs (e.g., OFCCP, EEO/AA, ADA, FLSA, WC, etc.) to ensure legal and corporate policy compliance in all Electrosoft employment practices.
  • Maintain all recruiting tools including corporate website postings, external job board relationships, and professional network.
  • Handle employment-related inquiries such as employment verification requests.
  • Performs other human resources related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelorís degree, 5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting in the federal government sector specifically focused on IT required jobs - equivalent work experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • Experience recruiting for cleared candidates up to the TS/SCI levels.
  • In depth understanding of the recruiting aspects involved in the government proposal environment.
  • Experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • In depth understanding of EEO, ADA, FLSA, and OFCCP employment guidelines and regulations.
  • Ability to work in rapidly changing business environments effectively.
